The semester is almost over!

I've got one final tomorrow - metals and jewelry and then I can go home.

I'll be able to scan some of my art that I've wanted to post for a while.

School's starting soon so I'm going back next week. I'm taking Jewlery and Metals (and other non-art classes) so you'll probably see some metal stuff soon.

- painted flowerpot for my mom


ps. I don't really like the new layout but whatever.

Back home for the summer. Hopefully I'll get some art done. I've gone and redone a bit of metal stuff on one of my pieces but I haven't gotten around to taking pics of that and posting them. I think I may get some more metal stuff and put it on the piece in other places somehow. I'm not too sure what I'm going to do with it yet. :S

Anyway, I've also got a summer job. I'm a cashier at a movie rental place and it's making me hate Simon and Garfunkel (this is after hearing the trailer for Rumor Has It over and over again). It's ok, though. It pays decently.

I'm back at school now. And I have had a little over 1000 page views. Yay, I guess.

But now it's cold here - in the 40s actually. I hate the cold. I have to wear a jacket to class now. I hardly had to during the winter. It's spring now so that's kind of annoying.

And now I don't really want to do anything except sit in my room and listen to Joan Baez, Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, whatever, eat, sleep, read, and play on the computer.

I'm soooooo unproductive.

And I (obviously) didn't draw anything over Spring Break.


But I'm reading Plastic Jesus by Poppy Z Brite. It's pretty good. If you happen to be a fan of her books or the Beatles, I'd reccomend it.

I found the scanner in the library. I've been drawing some lately and scanning it in. I've got to bring my USB port with me but that's no big deal.

Next week is Spring Break so there'll probably be *massive* amounts of stuff drawn and scanned in over the break.
My mom gets bitchy at me if I'm on the computer a lot so yeah, I think I'll work on drawing and try to get to the library to look into meditation. And start meditating. I think I need that sort of thing to help me focus.

At some point there's supposed to be a pullip (creepy dolls with big heads) meet.
